Returns & Exchanges

Each and every item ordered online is carefully selected and packaged for freight.  The vast of orders arrive in perfect condition. However, should you ever receive a damaged or faulty item from us, please let us know immediately.  

Please contact us by email (sales@shoppington.co.nz) and include:

a) Your order number.

b) The problem with your order.  

c) If there is damage or a fault, please include clear images of it.

We'll write back to you within 5 working days and let you know what the next steps are. Since each circumstance is different, we will inform you on the steps to take. This is done on a case-by-case basis.

Typically, if the item is faulty we will send you a pre-paid courier ticket to return the item to us, at our expense. Please carefully repackage the item and arrange for the courier to collect.  Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we will either provide a replacement or refund.  If we need further information in order to process your request, we will contact you by email or phone.

In addition, we understanding selecting the right gift online can be tricky. We take the worry out of gift buying with a 7 day gift guarantee.  Simply return your order to us within 7 days and we will happily exchange.  Please note items must be in their original packaging and in excellent sellable condition to qualify for our 7 day gift guarantee.

Our returns process is simple. Just call or email us and let us know you would like to return or exchange your order.  Please note, unless the item is faulty, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

If you paid via Afterpay, we will request the refund and this will then be processed by Afterpay. Refunds will either be removed from the total to pay in future payments, or refunded back on to your card depending on the amount that needs to be refunded back to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, you can do this up until the order has been dispatched.  Please note – orders are dispatched daily.  If your order has already been dispatched, then please refer to our returns and exchanges process.
