Bone and Wood Huia Feather Heru

This beautiful heru is hand-carved from beef-bone. Many of these are finished in traditional Maori designs while others are more contemporary. Our bone carvers go the extra mile to create true stunning wearable art. These can only be made from the largest pieces of bone, so supply is limited. For M?ori, the huia feather was revered as a symbol of nobility, leadership, and hierarchy.
