This water feature is a fabulous way to incorporate water and art into the garden.  A textured concrete ball sits atop  circlar base.  Water cascades harmoniously over the sides of the ball and into the base.  The textured ball alllows the light reflection of the water to be enhanced as it makes it way over the ball
