This water feature is a fabulous way to incorporate water and art into the garden.  A medium sized textured ball sits on top of a plate on a circular base.  Water bubbles out of the top and cascades gently down the sides, catching the reflection of light on its journey.  The circular unity of this feature  creates a sense of harmony and peace.
