In Eastern Asia, the dragon is a potent symbol for strength and control over water - especially floods and typhoons.  So this piece has a dual effect bringing water and art into the garden and acting as a protective symbol.  The protective nature is further enhanced by the ohm shape of the supporting structure.  The semi circular shape of the ohm is mirrored in the receptacles that sit on each arm and pur forth water to the base.  A powerful and attractive addition to any setting.
