NZ Made Wooden Carving / Twist

This freestanding twist is carved from one of our most beautiful New Zealand timbers, Kauri. Crafted from ancient swamp kauri, the timber is estimated to be more than 40,000 years old! The never-ending loop, or twist (Pikorua), represents the nature of eternal love or friendship, and the bonding of that relationship for life. This lovely twist is embelleshed with paua and sits on a black oval base. It stands approx 6.5cm high. Proudly made in New Zealand.
